Wargame Portal is making a significant update to how we handle rewards points. Starting March 2025, we will officially phase out Portal Points and fully transition to our new rewards system, PortalPass. This change is designed to offer a more streamlined, robust, and rewarding experience for our valued customers.
Key Dates and Information:

January 6, 2025: PortalPass began generating points in the background.

January 8, 2025: Portal Points accumulation officially ceased. However, since PortalPass was already live, some customers may have inadvertently doubled up on points between these dates. Rest assured, these points are valid and will remain available in your account.

March 2025: Portal Points will be fully phased out.
Managing Your Rewards
To ensure a smooth transition, you can access and manage both your Legacy Portal Points and new PortalPass points through your customer account:

Log in to your Wargame Portal account.

Navigate to the PortalPass tab.

Select either the Legacy Points or New Points option to view and redeem your rewards.
Why the Change?
PortalPass is built to offer more flexibility, a direct tie in to PortalPass+, and exciting opportunities for our customers. By consolidating rewards into a single system, we’re able to provide better tracking, more consistent rewards, and a simplified experience that’s easier to use.
Redeem Your Points Before March!
While Legacy Portal Points will no longer be available after March, any unused points can still be redeemed until then. Don’t miss your chance to use them! Once phased out, only PortalPass points will remain active for future rewards.
