Thematically, that’s right in line with the tone of Darkwater—redemption, corruption, and the fine line between hero and monster.
Visually, the model looks set to deliver exactly that. While full shots haven’t been released yet, early glimpses and the lore point toward a heavily armored knight with scorched ornamentation, likely wreathed in sculpted flame effects to capture that moment of fiery transformation. If the rest of the heroes follow this baroque, tragic aesthetic, Darkwater could become one of the most visually striking Warhammer Quest sets yet.
