We make it easy. When a product is scheduled to go live, we provide a direct link to the pre-order page on our homepage when the countdown goes lives on Wednesdays. This is located on the top of the webstore in the banner. Items will not be present on the page until pre-orders go live, but it's a method we started using earlier this year to help customers out.

New pre-orders go live at Midnight EST on Saturdays. Don’t wait for the page to update—refresh it manually right at launch time to be one of the first in line.
2. Create a Wargame Portal Account
Logging into your account ahead of time saves your shipping information, order history, and more. That means fewer fields to fill out and a much faster checkout process.
Create your customer account on our webstore if you haven’t already. It only takes a minute and could make all the difference when time is tight.
3. Set Up Shop Pay
Shop Pay is one of the fastest ways to check out. Once enabled, it saves your shipping and payment details securely, letting you complete a purchase in just a few clicks.
You can set up Shop Pay via the Shop App, and we highly recommend it for any major release.
4. Use a Third-Party Payment Gateway
Want to skip typing your card number entirely? Use trusted third-party gateways like:
