We’re currently preparing to deploy a new front-end theme across WargamePortal.com to address several persistent UX and performance issues reported by customers.
Known Issues in Current Environment

PortalPass Points Access: Intermittent issues with points visibility and account-level benefits.

Cache/Session Handling: Users reporting the need to hard-refresh or clear browser cache to load new pages or see updated content partiucularly with After Dark preorders.

Navigation/UI Lag: Delays or incomplete rendering of dynamic elements on certain devices and browsers. Reports of freeze ups when scrolling down through pages.
Planned Resolution
To resolve the above, we are moving to a new theme framework designed for:

Improved compatibility with session-based discounts and user account tags.

Faster page loads and more reliable UI rendering without reliance on manual cache clears.

Better integration with our Shopify backend, including smoother checkout and account interfaces.
Estimated Launch Window

Deployment may occur sooner based on QA/staging performance.

What to Expect

Minimal downtime (if any), though some features may temporarily appear disabled during final deployment.
