Gwent is easy to learn but rewards careful planning and tactical play. Each turn, players either deploy a card to the battlefield or pass for the remainder of the round. When both players have passed, the player with the highest total Strength wins the round. Victory comes from winning two of three rounds, making every card played and every decision to hold back a potential turning point.
