Imperial Service Action Pack

This Action Pack provides a strong core for starting an Imperial Service army and can also expand an existing Yu Jing collection.

The Imperial Service combines Judicial and Military Police, criminal regiments, StateEmpire Army reinforcements, and special troops in direct service to the Emperor. Its mission is to preserve law and order while defending Yu Jing from internal and external threats.
