This is an insert / organizer for On Mars: Alien Invasion.
Components are split by chapter so you can just grab the trays you are going to play with.
The insert supports sleeved cards. Pictured are Dragon Shield clear matte sleeves on the larger cards and Titanshield clear matte sleeves on the smaller cards. The insert fills the box, supports vertical storage, and has no lid lift.
