The Ruined Three Floor House is a fantastic addition for your Urban themed tabletop. It would work great for Marvel Crisis Protocol or other Modern games. The Ruined Three Floor House would fit perfectly for a city that has been demolished by a villain, or a post-apocalyptic.
The 32mm or 40mm scales will work for MCP. We tend to recommend the 32mm scale as it is a great value and size on the table.
