Building out an urban neighborhood with these Suburban Houses! This set includes two versatile suburban-style buildings, ideal for creating a residential area. The designs are of a classic home with a porch and brickwork, and a compact ranch-style house with an attached garage. Buy each house individually or both at a discount.

The 32mm or 40mm scales will work for MCP. We tend to recommend the 32mm scale as it is a great value and size on the table.
