NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
The Wargame Portal “Dream Army Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”), "Warlords Ascended" and all giveaways sharing it's name are intended solely for legal residents of the United States of America (“USA”) and will be construed according to applicable U.S. federal and state law. Do not enter if you are ineligible at the time of entry.

Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the USA who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state at time of entry (each, an “Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising/promo agencies, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted (including U.S. territories and possessions). By entering, Entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.
Sweepstakes Period
Begins 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“EST”) on 12/01/2025 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. EST on 12/31/2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s server, located in Alpharetta, GA, is the official time-keeping device.
How to Enter
Sponsor offers multiple entry methods:

Purchase on WargamePortal.com – 1 entry per $1 spent (excluding tax, shipping, discounts). Bonus multipliers may be announced during the Sweepstakes Period on select items.
- Bonus Entries - Bonus entries can be found throughout the store during the contest period.

Mail-In Entry (Standard) – Hand-print required info on a 3"x5" card and mail to: Wargame Portal Giveaways – Standard Entry, 408A Gunter Ave, Guntersville, AL 35976. Worth 20 entries each; bonus multipliers apply if properly marked.

Mail-In Rules: Hand-printed only; one envelope per mailing; no bulk shipments; must be postmarked by 12/31/2025 and received by 01/01/2026
Prize Description

One (1) Grand Prize – Dream Army
The Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) Limited Edition Lieutenant Titus Statue from Weta Workshop, along with one (1) replica Warhammer helmet of their choice from Weta Workshop’s Helm Replica collection. Prize selections are subject to availability, and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): varies by selection.
No cash alternatives; substitutions at Sponsor’s discretion. Winner responsible for taxes and any expenses not expressly stated.
Winner Selection & Odds
Random drawing on or about 01/05/2026 from all eligible entries. Odds depend on total entries received.
Winner Notification & Verification
Potential winner contacted by email. Must respond within 72 hours of initial contact and e-mail and return required documents (Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, IRS Form W-9) within five (5) business days. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate.
Taxes
Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the prize value and is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.
General Conditions
Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify if fraud, technical issues, or similar impair the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may disqualify anyone tampering with entry processes or acting disruptively. Fraudulent activity (such as purchases intended for return) voids entries.
Release & Limitation of Liability
Entrants release Sponsor and affiliates from liability related to participation or prize use, including injury, property damage, or other claims. Liability is limited to actual out-of-pocket entry costs. No punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. Entrants waive rights under California Civ. Code §1542 and similar state statutes.
Publicity
Where permitted, winner grants Sponsor rights to use name, city/state, likeness, and biographical info in all media for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Governing Law
All disputes governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, venue in courts of Marshall County, Alabama. All claims resolved individually without class actions.
Privacy
Entries subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Data used only for Sweepstakes administration and as described therein.
