NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

The Wargame Portal “Dream Army Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”), including “Warlords Ascended” and all giveaways sharing its name, is intended solely for legal residents of the United States of America (“USA”) and will be construed according to applicable U.S. federal and state law. Do not enter if you are ineligible at the time of entry.

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the USA who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state at time of entry (each, an “Entrant”).

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising/promo agencies, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible.

Void where prohibited or restricted (including U.S. territories and possessions).

By entering, Entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

Sweepstakes Period

Begins 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“EST”) on 03/01/2026
Ends 11:59:59 p.m. EST on 03/31/2026

Sponsor’s server, located in Alpharetta, GA, is the official time-keeping device.

How to Enter

Sponsor offers multiple entry methods:

Receive 1 entry per $1 spent (excluding tax, shipping, discounts).
Bonus multipliers may be announced during the Sweepstakes Period on select items.

Bonus entries may be offered throughout the store during the contest period.

In-Person Sign-Up

Hand-print provided entry card at the register of our Game Hall, located at 408A Gunter Ave, Guntersville, AL 35976.
Limit 1 per day per entrant.

Prize Description

Dream Army Giveaway #004

One (1) Grand Prize

The Grand Prize winner will receive:

One (1) Forge World Warlord Titan, and
A 2,000 point Warhammer 40,000 army of their choice, based on the official Games Workshop points system in place at the time the Sweepstakes closes

The total retail value of the 2,000 point army shall not exceed $1,100 MSRP, whichever occurs first (points threshold or MSRP cap).

First runner up: Combat Patrol boxset of winners choice.
Second, Third, and Fourth Runner up: $100 Wargame Portal Giftcard

Selections are subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if necessary. Forge World items (other than the Warlord Titan awarded as part of the Grand Prize), out-of-production items, and select Special Order kits may be deemed ineligible at Sponsor’s discretion.

If specific selections cannot be acquired, Sponsor may offer store credit equal to the MSRP value of unavailable items.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Varies based on selections.

No cash alternatives. Substitutions are at Sponsor’s discretion. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

Winner Selection & Odds

Random drawing on or about 04/03/2026 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification & Verification

Potential winner will be contacted by email.

Winner must:

Respond within 72 hours of initial contact
Complete and return required documents (Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, IRS Form W-9) within five (5) business days

Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Taxes

Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the total prize value and is solely responsible for all applicable taxes.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor may disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules. Fraudulent activity (including purchases intended solely for return) voids associated entries.

Release & Limitation of Liability

Entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from liability related to participation or prize use, including injury, property damage, or other claims.

Liability is limited to actual out-of-pocket entry costs. No punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. Entrants waive rights under California Civil Code §1542 and similar statutes.

Publicity

Where permitted by law, winner grants Sponsor the right to use name, city/state, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Governing Law

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Venue shall lie exclusively in courts located in Marshall County, Alabama.

All claims must be resolved individually and not as part of a class action.

Privacy

Entries are subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Information collected is used solely for Sweepstakes administration and as described therein.
