Each building can be bought individually, or all together for a discounted price. Any purchase of this pack, either as a whole set or individual buildings, comes with a "Nick Was Here" sign that is shaped like an explosion. 

The 32mm or 40mm scales will work for MCP. We tend to recommend the 32mm scale as it is a great value and size on the table.
