Vultarax Stratos-Automata

Vultarax automata are advanced Stratos-class constructs equipped with sophisticated cortex systems capable of managing the complex gravitic impellers and thrusters that keep them suspended above the battlefield. This enhanced machine intelligence grants them a greater capacity for independent operation than many other automata. While the Mechanicum often deploys Vultarax units as fast attack elements to harass and disrupt enemy forces, those assigned to Skitarii Conclaves frequently serve as reconnaissance platforms, scanning the battlefield with enhanced auspex arrays to identify threats and opportunities alike.

This multipart plastic kit builds one Vultarax Stratos-Automata, a swift floating weapons platform for Mechanicum and Skitarii Conclave armies in Warhammer: The Horus Heresy. Equipped with an arc blaster, Vultarax missile launcher, and lethal dendrite talons, it poses a threat both at range and in close combat. The kit includes several dendrite talon and tendril options, allowing you to customise the appearance of your automaton.

The model features no allegiance-specific markings, making it suitable for any Mechanicum force, regardless of whether you recognise the Emperor as the true Omnissiah or reject that doctrine.

The kit also includes one Mechanicum Constructs Transfer Sheet, featuring 558 high-quality waterslide transfers. These transfers include insignia for Opus Machina, Opus Taghmata, Iungum Cybernetica, Covenant Cybernetica, and Fracta Aedificium, along with additional markings, lines, and cog motifs to personalise your miniatures.
