Taking inspiration from a popular pizza company’s tracking software, we’ve developed a system that allows you to follow your order every step of the way. Whether you’ve placed a backorder, a special order, or a preorder, you can now see exactly where your order is in its cycle.
How It Works
Using this new feature is easy. Simply log in to your Customer Account Portal, navigate to your order, and view its current status. You’ll find updates that show whether your order has been:

Packed and Ready to ship to you
This transparency ensures that you’re always in the loop about the status of your purchase.

Availability: This feature is live for orders placed starting January 16th. We’re also working to backdate the tracking for orders placed within the last two weeks, so stay tuned for updates. Update: Due to the nature of the software we have found that backdating orders before the 16th is not really feasable. Only orders passed 01/16 will be accurately tracked by this system. Email us for any info if your order comes before that date.

Complex Orders: While the system works seamlessly for most orders, there are some limitations. If your order includes a combination of backorders, special orders, and preorders, the tracking might not provide the most accurate information. In such cases, feel free to reach out for clarification.
