When can preorders be canceled? Preorders can be canceled until the Friday after the initial preorder date. For example, if a preorder begins on Saturday, you have until the following Friday to cancel.
Will you ship the items early so that they arrive on the street-release date? No, under no circumstances will items depart early. You may see tracking generated a day or two in advance as we stage them, but they will not be released to the carrier until day of or the following business day after the street release.
