Universal 180 300W / 320W 120V Silicone Heater Edge to Edge for PFA Micron and Salad Fork 180mm Build Plates -

This heater is exclusively designed by West3D to fit edge to edge on build plates for the 180mm sized Salad Fork and Micron. 

This heater is no slouch, at 300W this heats up quick, and the Lohmann adhesive is rated for long term use at high temperature.

The heater uses a NTC 100K Thermistor, and features both the heater and thermistor elevated from the bottom of the silicon pad to allow for traversing any obstacles that may present themselves. The heater and thermistor wire are long enough for any 180mm size build (by quite a bit!). 

The second variant is similar to the first, but we have increased the wattage to 320W AND it includes a self-resetting thermal switch (CF79F-150A) which provides added protection in the event of a thermal runaway (above 150C). Please note, the switch is meant as a backup to a lower rated fuse, please do not assume this will provide 100% protection. This version is also only compatible with micron beds with the more narrow slotted extrusions or holes (120mm), or Salad Fork.
