Free Spearhead Contest Giveaway Rules

1. Eligibility:

   • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
   • The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older.
   • Employees of Wargame Portal, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
     
     

2. How to Enter:

   • Pre-orders: Each pre-order for the Warhammer: Age of Sigmar Skaventide boxset placed with Wargame Portal will automatically receive one (1) entry into the contest.
   • Free Entries: To enter without making a purchase, send a postcard with your name, address, phone number, and email address to:

     • All free entries must be received on a single postcard and postmarked before the contest drawing on July 8, 2024. Limit one (1) entry per person. 
       
       

3. Entry Period:

   • The contest begins on June 29th, 2024 and ends on July 7, 2024. Entries received after this period will not be considered.
     
     

4. Prize:

   • Two (2) winners will receive their choice of a Spearhead box or a $100 gift card to Wargame Portal.
   • The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the sponsor’s sole discretion.
     
     

5. Winner Selection:

   • The winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on July 8, 2024.
   • The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
     
     

6. Winner Notification:

   • The winner(s) will be notified via email or phone within five (5) days following the drawing.
   • If the selected winner(s) cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner(s) selected.
     
     

7. General Conditions:

   • Wargame Portal reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Wargame Portal's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by Wargame Portal in its sole discretion.
   • Wargame Portal reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
     
     

8. Release and Limitations of Liability:

   • By participating in the contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Wargame Portal, its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
     
     

9. Disputes:

   • Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Alabama.
     
     

10. Privacy:

    • Information collected from entrants is subject to Wargame Portal’s privacy policy.
